#DieSmallvilleDie isn't about hating the show. It's about hating the way the show has turned out. All of us involved in the movement were once huge fans, but it seems the longer the show is on, the worse it gets.

Smallville once represented love, life, hope, morals. Now it seems that every episode is a chance to exploit a poor quest star (or even one of their regulars). The writing has gone downhill, the plotlines have become increasingly unbelievable, and the characters' storylines have become mangled beyond repair. Continuity is no longer considered and the Superman mythology seems to have been completely forgotten.

If you take issue with the direction of the show, add #DieSmallvilleDie to some of your tweets. And let others know.

That's right... a staple remover swings out of the freaking bottom. AND it has a little, like, shelf that holds extra staples. Right inside of the stapler. Momz (my mom, in case you were wondering. Or your powers of deduction were currently failing you) found it in the supply closet at her work.

It's like my new pride and joy. Of my office supplies. Because, you know... I do have a life.

Yep. I officially have one more full day left in Augusta before I move to Chicago for at least a year. Wow. That's weird. At least my mom hasn't started crying yet.

I have a feeling that once I start college I'll have a lot more to blog about. Such as, Operation Find Decent Guy. That will be fun.

And Karaoke and Mocktails on Friday night. Will definitely have to blog about that. Maybe.

Um... my computer is possessed and is posting things before they're ready. So in the meantime enjoy a nice picture of Hugh Dancy. =)

My week just officially went from bad to Hell. So to those of you who I owe anything (mainly KC here, because I know I owe you a post and I'm sorry) and are wondering where it's at, it's going to have to wait a bit. I suffered an emotional meltdown last night and am still experiencing aftershocks, so everything I had planned for this week or needed to do completely went out the window.

I'm really sorry, please don't bite me. :S

I've been waiting FOREVER to get my housing assignment, finally did tonight.

I'm in a four-bedroom apartment that I share with three other people. Which means I get my own bedroom, which is kinda cool; it has two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. I'm sure it's really nice, which is why I don't really blame them for making it $2000+ (per semester) more than a traditional suite, but that didn't mean that I needed that room.

I guess I'll take it because IT DOES SOUND REALLY SWEET. LIKE REALLY. But that means I'll have to borrow almost $5000 from Sallie Mae as opposed to the maybe $2000 I was going to have to borrow initially.

Considering my family doesn't expect/doesn't really want to contribute any money towards this (honestly, my mother threw a fit when she learned that I'd paid $200 for all my dorm stuff, when I'd expected to pay almost $400 AND it was my own money) and that I'm supposed to "figure it all out" I'm getting kind of annoyed. Not to mention that I live in a place where it's absolutely impossible to get a job unless your family owns the local gas station (ahem... ex-BFF Jaci) or grocery store (the guy that used to work there, before he moved to Kansas, was the storeowner's son) or you apply when you're thirteen.

I applied to several places this summer, and never heard a word back from them. So considering that I was unemployed until now, when my grandparents decided to "hire" me to paint an old house for $8 an hour, I'm basically, almost, pretty much screwed.

My mom is most likely going to be pissed when she finds out how much more I'm going to be borrowing (she already told me not twenty minutes ago, "I won't be sending you an allowance every month so you better figure it out"), but I honestly don't know what she wants me to do. I only got this housing because something went wrong in my application process and only found out last week, so I applied so late that this was all that was left. Unless she wants me to just drop out of college and live at home for a few more years until I can afford to do it all on my own, she seriously needs to lay off.

Sorry for ranting, but this whole college thing really, REALLY sucks when your family won't help you out with absolutely anything, even filling out applications.

If you have the Cullens on your team, you don't NEED anyone else. Duh. Dumb question.
